  • A fully executed loan application

  • Bank Statements to source the funds of the down payment

  • A full credit report

Things To Know

  • If you have more than one borrower, they will BOTH need to go VOE Only. We cannot mix a fully documented borrower with a VOE only borrower. For example, the wife is fully documented but for some reason it would be better for the husband to be VOE Only, then both wife and husband must be on the loan as VOE only

  • Self-Employed Borrowers DO NOT work for this type of loan program

  • The Employer must be a Verifiable Company so that the VOE goes through without a problem

  • 620 Minimum Credit Score (All Borrowers)

  • VOE from a verifiable company

  • No 4506 Required

  • Max Ratios per AUS System

  • Mortgage Insurance required with LTV over 80%

  • Cash-Out Available to 80% LTV

  • Investment properties and second homes allowed!
